Catastrophe bond specialists

A different source of return. A clear view of risk.

Catastrophe bonds pay investors a premium for carrying natural-catastrophe risk. Historically, their returns have shown low correlation with equity and bond markets. The predominant underlying risk is a large natural catastrophe.

01 / About Atmos

One asset class. Our own view of risk.

Atmos Capital Partners is a partner-led firm based in Zürich, dedicated to catastrophe bonds and independent of any bank, insurer or broker.

Catastrophe bonds

Securities that transfer natural-catastrophe risk from insurers, reinsurers and other sponsors to capital-market investors. They are our sole focus.

Risk assessment

Every bond gets a second view: we reassess its risk with licensed catastrophe models and our own judgement before investing.

Selectivity

Every position has to earn its place. We would rather pass on a bond than hold a risk we cannot explain.

02 / Our team

Complementary expertise. Shared conviction.

Our team brings together experience in insurance-linked securities, portfolio management, risk management, compliance, legal affairs and business management.
